One time I tripped over my camera bag at a wedding and fell ALL THE WAY onto my butt
And then I jumped up and kept going. So when I say I’ve worked through it all, I mean it. But let’s back up (not literally — don’t want to do that again).
I’ve been a photographer since 2009, when I took one (1) photography class while living in Arkansas and thought that made me an expert. Oh, young Allison. But people trusted me with their important moments, and with each family, wedding, new baby, I grew my craft and my confidence.
Becoming a mom made me realize how much worth I found in documenting families in a natural, emotional way, so that’s been my focus ever since.
All these years later, my business has come full circle. My husband Jake and our two girls have lived in Virginia, Texas, and now we’re back in Central Arkansas where I took that first photo class. I can’t wait to work with your family!
